With 15+ years as a professional athlete and over 10 years in teaching and coaching, he has served as a Physical Education Teacher, Assistant Professor, and Strength & Conditioning Coach. He has trained athletes who have competed at the Asian Games and Olympic levels and has been mentored by Dronacharya Awardees. Dr. Venkata is deeply committed to developing sporting talent and advancing excellence in physical education.
